Because our products are digital knitting patterns delivered as PDF downloads, all sales are generally final once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
Digital Products
Due to the instant nature of digital products, we do not normally accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Cancellations after download
- Refunds for accidental purchases or change of mind
Please read the product description, sizing, skill level and pattern details carefully before purchasing.
Problems With Your Pattern
If your file is missing, corrupted, incorrect, or you are having trouble accessing your download, please contact us. We will be happy to help and provide a replacement file where necessary.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same pattern more than once, contact us with your order details and we will review the duplicate purchase.

Purchasing a listing means you are purchasing a digital knitting pattern only. No finished knitted item or physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated otherwise.
Where required by applicable consumer law, your statutory rights remain unaffected. For digital content supplied immediately, any applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights may end once delivery begins with your consent.
